Cloudleap Announces Formation

Chicago-Formation of Cloudleap Partners, LLC, an international alternative investment and financial advisory firm focused on West African markets.

Cloudleap's mission is to achieve superior risk-adjusted returns and provide creative solutions to our investors and advisory clients, respectively, through efficient deployment of intellectual and monetary capital while having an positive impact on the local and global communities. Cloudleap has identified West Africa as the region that requires the most creative solutions to its problems, our initial focus will be Nigeria.

Alternative Investments is raising capital for its first fund. Cloudleap's Alternative Investments will engage in venture capital, growth, buyout and special situations investments in industries such as agribusiness and financial services & credit.

Cloudleap's Advisory Services ("AS") will provide financial, restructuring and strategic advise to C-Suite executives of West African companies. Cloudleap will not engage in securities underwriting, research for sale or similar activities. Intellectual capital is Cloudleap's only offering in this context. Cloudleap will offer the same advisory services to government officials that seek assistance in privatization and procurement idea generation.
